📤 Submission Guide

Submission Instructions
1. English is the official language; manuscripts must be written in English only.
2. A full paper is required for publication consideration.
3. Full paper length limit: maximum 6 pages (including figures and references).
4. An abstract is required for presentation purposes only.
5. Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
6. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work (oral or poster).

EasyChair Submission Steps:
  • Create or log in to your EasyChair account.
  • Select AIEI 2026 from your conference list.
  • Enter paper metadata (title, abstract, authors).
  • Upload your full paper (PDF generated from the template).
  • Confirm and submit.

Publication
All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by 2–3 expert reviewers. Acceptance is based on scientific quality and satisfactory revisions. Accepted papers, after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the conference proceedings (online, EDP Sciences) and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.

Academic Integrity

Authors must adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, duplicate submissions, or ethical misconduct will result in immediate rejection. The publisher reserves the right to withdraw papers from publication if issues are discovered post-acceptance.

Regular participant 500 EUR
Local participant 250 EUR
Student and Virtual participant 300 EUR

*The registration fee covers the publication fee, conference lunches, and coffee breaks.

Registration type, registrant name, and contact email.

Registration Type

Each participant should register before the conference.

Registration Tips

  1. Student registration fee is granted to authors whose first author and presenter is a student (student card required).
  2. Co-authors or accompanying persons must register as listeners.
  3. Authors and presenters should register according to the announced schedule.
  4. One regular registration includes one proceedings copy.

  1. Online payment via RDLINK System is preferred.
  2. Bank transfer / PayPal options are available — please contact the conference secretary for details.
